At Build Axis, we bring together decades of engineering, construction, project management, and real estate experience to deliver full-service residential custom home construction and remodeling services throughout San Diego County.

Our founder is a California-licensed Professional Engineer, General Contractor, and Real Estate Agent. With thirty years as a civil and plan-check engineer with the County of San Diego, plus earlier private-sector engineering and project management experience and nearly twenty years in construction, we offer a rare, full-picture understanding of building codes, zoning, construction standards, and local approval procedures.

Having worked on both sides of the permitting process, we anticipate challenges early, explore practical solutions, and help clients navigate residential construction with confidence.

Our real estate background allows us to also evaluate each property’s potential from a market and value perspective.
